- Entry Requirements
- There are no pre-requisites for this initial training course, making it accessible to anyone interested in entering the rigging and lifting industry.
- Medical Requirements
- Due to the physically demanding and potentially stressful nature of the training, all participants must be medically fit. You must either possess an employing company–approved medical certificate (equivalent to an offshore certificate) or complete an appropriate medical screening form provided by GSS.
- Assessment
- Theory Assessment: A written test will evaluate your understanding of the theoretical components.
- Practical Assessment: You will be observed completing a series of 10 practical lifts to demonstrate your competency in executing rigging operations safely and effectively.
